It started in a quiet condo — Unit 605 — where we brewed cold brew and phin coffee by hand for ourselves, friends, and neighbors. Slowly, what began as a small ritual turned into something bigger: a space where people could pause, feel at home, and be cared for.

We brew our coffee slowly and intentionally — no machines, no shortcuts. Our focus on cold brew means naturally smoother coffee that’s lower in acidity, gentler on the stomach, but still bold in flavor.

We also make it a point to keep things close to home. From the salt and honey in our drinks to other ingredients we use, we work with local communities we’re proud to support.
